More impressions from my teaching trip

This pic shows a beautiful art school in a suburb of Phoenix.

And those two pictures are made in Colorado, the red rocks near Denver and a hiking area in the Rocky Mountains (searching for the "strawberry lake trail", never found the lake, but the hike was exhausting. The lake on the picture was at the starting point of the hike. Also pretty, but not the goal we were looking for.)

I feel so thankful for all the exciting experiences I made so far.

Isn't that inspiring?

Still enjoying my stay here in Eugene

Thanks to Mona Larson from Gafferglass I had the chance to drive a boat, the first time ever in my life.

Corina Chang, Hallynd Hall, Mona and me had so much fun at the Eugene Glass School, when Maestro Pino Signoretto invited us for dinner there.

Mona and me are heading to Seattle the weekend before I fly back to Germany (4th to 6th september) and I'm planning to teach another short class there. If you are interested to come please email me at melaniemoertel@gmail.com.

Time to say good bye

Ok, so today I'm leaving my appartment. My flight is going on tuesday morning, I will spent two more days with my boyfriend and then I'm starting a long USA trip.

Hope to see some of you during my classes:
7. - 9. august: Eugene Glass School, Eugene
14. - 16. august: Glasscraft Inc., Denver
20. - 23. august: Phoenix

After finishing all my classes I will fly back to Eugene to enjoy the Flame Off at the EGS and to have a little time for myself to meet the friends I made there last year.
I can't tell if I will have the possibility to go online and answer emails, as I don't have a laptop and have to go to an internet cafe or ask somebody to let me go online. So if you don't get an answer to your mails then it's because I can't. I will be back in germany on the 9th september.

Wish you a good time and hope to see you back in september (then I will have new auctions and beads to show. Maybe if I can go online I can also do an update here.)
Love,
Melanie
