Back home in Germany

I had such a great time on my USA trip. It started with a road trip from Eugene/Oregon down the west coast on the beachside through California (we stopped in Sacramento, San Francisco, Malibu, LA, Encinitas - where this pic was taken -) to our destination Tucson, where The Best Bead Show was.

In Tucson I had the honor to meet so many amazing beadmakers as Kimberly Affleck, Sharon Peters, Terri Caspary Schmidt, Kate Drew Wilkinson, just to name a few.

After Tucson we drove back to Eugene and stopped for two nights in Las Vegas. It was my first time there and we had lots of fun... but I wouldn't like to stay longer than a few days.

Back in Eugene I finally met all my friends, made new ones too and had a nice short trip to the Oregon coast. I'm going to show you some pics, but right now my camera is still in my luggage, which got lost yesterday in Frankfurt (long story, don't want to bother you with that.)

My last saturday I spent in Portland, having a BBQ with some glass people. Such a great sunny day, wonderful atmosphere, amazing place to be.

So, once again: I LOVE EUGENE (and Portland and Cali now too). Can't wait to be back.
