Everything should be in motion, right? Like energy, money, friendship, love –
if things stop flowing there can't be any progress.
Recently I didn't feel a connection to my Fairy beads anymore.
The reason for that is that I have been teaching them so often,
and I have seen so many replicates of them
that I don't feel like they belong to me anymore.
My students have been especially focused on making the face
expression and the eyes the same way I did.
So now I am at a point where I don't see myself doing it like I used to anymore.
But that's not a bad thing ... I have to get in motion againand try new things to see where it leads me ...
I'm excited to work on new things, different hairstyles for my Fairies, different facial expressions ...
A friend of mine (she owns a glass studio in Switzerland) said one day about
my Faires: "actually those are all little Melanies ..." – so now I'm working
on making them feel like me again.
This one is new on Etsy now ... and I am going back to the torch.
